June 11 Update
Greetings All,
I hope this update finds each of you healthy and training hard for an upcoming NPC Texas event.
Congratulations to all those who competed in last weeks Lone Star event in Plano. Prince reported a great turnout of competitors and fans alike. I am sorry to have missed you, but I will be sure to catch up with many of you at
the South Texas Classic this coming June 30th in San Antonio. The always impressive Vince Taylor will be the premier Guest Poser for the night. Many of you who have followed bodybuilding through the years no that Vince is the man when it comes to posing routines. Don't miss this one. The Branch Warren Classis follows the South Texas Classic. It too is shaping up to be a great event. Promoter Brian Dobson was in Conroe last week passing out flyers and stirring interest in the contest. Let's all get out and support Branch and Brian with this their first contest.
Not far behind is the always huge contest, the John Sherman Classic. This year, John and Khalid have coupled the amateur event with a Pro Figure and Power lifting contest. Please visit their website at www.johnshermannpcshow.com.
The Texas State Championships are quickly approaching and many of our top athletes are preparing to battle it out for the title of Mr. or Ms. Texas. Make sure you plan to compete. This years show will be like no other!
