October 18 Update
Greetings All,
The first annual Figure/Fitness Symposium is right around the corner. We are getting many call for ladies inquiring as to whether this is open to non-Sherman Classic competitor. The answer is yes, the symposium is open to anyone hoping to learn more about figure/fitness, identify resources to assist with competition and to have one-on-one critiques with judges.
This week, 2-Time Ms. Fitness Olympia Adela Garcia has announced she will be at the symposium to discuss fitness. Also Elizabeth Dwelle will have a booth for her jewelry. She is the preeminent jewelry designer for fitness and figure competitors with clients including Figure Olympia champion Jenny Lynn, Monica Brant, Jane Awaad, Michelle Adams, and many more.
